Ganna Mart app could face occasional downtime for a short period time as from time to time it we would have to carry out maintenance on the app. We can't promise that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the app will be corrected.

Delivery Policy

Where we deliver
  1. We provide free delivery service to all addresses within Male’ and Hulhumale’ City.
  2. All deliveries to K. Villigilli will be be charged. Delivery charges for villigilli will be MVR 20.00
How and when we deliver
  1. Deliveries are carried out within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. All deliveries are carried out between 10.00am to 3.00pm Saturday to Thursday.
  3. Orders received on a Friday or public holiday; delivery will be processed on the following business day.
  4. Delivery timings are subject to change depending on the items and the working hours. In such cases, recipient would be notified.
  5. During this period, packages will be delivered to ground floor.
  6. Our staff will not enter any building under any circumstances.
  7. Gannamart will not be responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Ganna Mart will always aim to deliver your goods within the delivery slot agreed, but we cannot accept liability if we deliver the goods outside of this slot or don't deliver all or any of the goods in your order or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
  8. All deliveries will be made in accordance to the safety & precaution measures advised by HPA.
  9. We only deliver orders above mvr 100.
  10. If we attempt to deliver order and the recipient(s) are not at the address given on the agreed day and time we will charge you for any additional delivery that we need to make for that order or the order will be cancelled.
Acceptance of delivery

No delivery notes will require signatures and will be updated on the GannaMart APP when delivery is complete.

Returns Policy
  1. No goods return will be accepted during the lockdown period.
  2. No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.
  3. If the product is wrongfully delivered (different SKU instead of the SKU mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order against the return of the product subject to the fact of such defect being established.

  5. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 24 working hours.
  6. Refunds will be made (i) within 24 hours working days from the date of receipt of returned

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz: Any product that has been open, tampered or used. or returned without all original packaging and accessories, including all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

Cancellation Policies
  1. If you have to cancel an order, please do so within an hour of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase required quantity to simplify the transaction.
  2. There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.
  3. Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
  4. Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.
  5. If an order is to be canceled after delivery, the individual return policy applies.
